We want you to love your new art, so if a piece doesn’t quite work in your space, return it within seven days of receiving your order and we’ll issue you a refund for the price of the art (this does not include custom art requests).

Art must be returned in its original packaging. At this time, there are no returns on special requests or artwork that is altered at the request of the customer.

Bails Art packages all artwork to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at contact@bailsart.com.

Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.

Artwork is typically shipped within five to seven business days. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow three to six more business days for arrival. You will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can see exactly when your art will arrive. If you need artwork delivered on a tight deadline, please contact Bails Art before placing your order at contact@bailsart.com so that expedited shipping can be arranged.

Yes, we provide a financing option through Wave. We can arrange to split your purchase into 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments with rates from 10-30% APR. Actual rates will be clearly displayed at time of checkout.

We accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Checks.

We offer framing for artwork on bailsart.com. If you are interested in framing, please select “yes” when filling out a request and we’ll contact you with your options.

Artwork is priced using artist estimated hours, plus materials (canvas, paints, framing).

Commissioned art pieces are priced based on the size, medium, and complexity of the piece, and the artist’s sales history. Commissioned artwork prices may vary in price from other pieces in the artist’s portfolio. This is due to the fact, and not limited to, the amount of time needed to consult on the project with the client, creating necessary preliminary sketches, and differences in complexities of the art requested (all of which may be determined in the price estimate).

Before the artist begins working on your commission, Bails Art will ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. This assures that the artist will be paid for their time and materials. Once the piece is complete, Bails Art will send you a high resolution image of the artwork. If you accept and love your piece, we will charge your credit card the remaining 50% and ship the piece to you or determine a local pick-up meeting location (coffee shop, etc). If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied when you see the image or your artwork, the artist is open to making small changes, with the ultimate goal of client satisfaction. There are no returns once you take possession of the art.

Photographs are great reference material when commissioning an artwork, whether it’s because you’re looking for a portrait and you have a specific photo you want created into a painting or you want to provide the artist with several photographs to visually explain the “vibe” or aesthetic you are looking for. If you don’t have a photograph, it’s not a problem. You will have the opportunity to complete a form on bailsart.com and/or speak one-on-one with the artist to describe exactly what you are looking for.
